Parking & Accessibility

There is free parking for Smile Town Dentistry patients at the back of the building. If you are commuting by bus, the 319 Southbound will drop you in front of the office.

Methods of Payment

At Smile Town North Delta, we accept the following methods of payment:

Insurance

Our office will submit dental claims to your insurance company on your behalf. Although we do provide a service to our patients in accepting payment directly from insurance companies, please be aware that you are responsible for paying any additional amount still owing before leaving the office after your child's appointment.

Every insurance plan has different fee guides, limits, rules, and yearly maximums. Be sure that you have a thorough understanding of the details of your plan, because if the claim is denied, you will be responsible for the total amount.

New Patient Form

Prior to treating a new patient, we will carefully review his or her medical and dental history, so that we can provide the best, most effective service possible.

Appointments & Cancellations

Get in touch via phone or email, any time, to book an appointment for your child at Smile Town Dentistry!

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, and on select Saturdays. Please call our office for details.

We know that life can get busy, and that sometimes, appointments need to be rescheduled, or cancelled altogether. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us a call to let us know no less that 1 business day (24 hours) before the appointment was to take place. At that time, we'll cancel your appointment, or reschedule it for a more convenient time.
